• Adult or pornographic material
• Gambling or casino-related content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Phishing or fraudulent content
• Content that violates app store policies

4. 知识产权

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Technology: All rights to our platform, technology, and generated code templates remain with WebToApp. You receive a license to use the generated applications for your intended purposes.

5. 定价和付款

• Paid Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions with enhanced features
• Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. 限制

服务可用性

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

技术限制

• Not all website features may work in converted apps
• iOS apps require Xcode and Apple Developer account for publishing
• Complex web applications may require additional configuration

11. 管辖法律

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Shanghai, China.
